2015 chapter is going to end in little time from now but the new year 2016 is promising to be more cheerful. Certainly so, it has one more day to be happy and spread the Smile virus.  While the calendar for the year passing by might get redundant, the moments this year gave me will certainly stay with me forever. Met new people, made new friends, this year was certainly full of enjoyment. With a hope that the coming year 2016 shall be as happy and surprising and smiling, I wish you all a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2016.

कुछ खट्टी कुछ मीठी यादें,
कुछ कही कुछ अनकही बातें,
गुज़रते साल के कुछ पल थाम लूँ ज़रा,
इस साल की कुछ हसीन मुलाक़ातें।

वाकिफ़ हुए कुछ नए चेहरों से,
आज़ाद हुए हम कुछ पहरों से,
कुछ पुराने साथी भी हुए जो जुदा,
रब्ब ही बचाए अब इन केहरों से।

कुछ ख़्वाहिशें हुई थी पूरी,
पर कुछ हसरतें हैं अभी अधूरी,
नए साल की है नई उम्मीद,
ख़ुशियों पे हो रब्ब की मंजूरी।

पुराने साल की खुशनुमा यादों संग,
दोस्त जो बने ज़िन्दगी की रंगोली के रंग,
नए साल की चौखट पे खड़े हैं हम,
जो लाए जीवन में नई उमंग,
हर ख़ुशी की सौगात यह लाए,
और लाए जीवन में नई उमंग।
